Products and compatibility

We describe our products as accurately as possible using manufacturer information. Product images are for illustration. Before ordering, please confirm the filter number your refrigerator requires, using your current filter or your owner’s manual.

Prices and payment

All prices are in US dollars. Shipping within the United States is free. Sales tax, where applicable, is shown at checkout before you pay. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and JCB cards, processed securely by Stripe. Your card is charged when you place your order.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we ship it. We may cancel an order and issue a full refund if a product is out of stock, a price was listed in error, or we suspect fraud.

Shipping, returns and refunds
